It is my great pleasure to share a great speech on "You and Your Research" delivered by Dr. Richard W. Hamming, a Professor at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, on March 7, 1986. It seems very old speech, but applicable to all generation. In his speech, one thing is very clear that you have to work hard.
